If your order is lost or damaged during the shipping process, you may be eligible to receive compensation. Compensation is only available to those who have purchased shipping insurance coverage and is dependent upon an investigation being completed. Our policy includes liability coverage of up to $100 on all orders.
The compensation amount will either be the value of the item, the insurance amount purchased at the time of mailing, or the insurance coverage included with the shipping service used - whichever is lowest. There is a maximum coverage of $7,500 available for your shipments.
Should your order be lost, an insurance claim must be filed within 90 days of shipment. After an investigation, compensation will be distributed within 45 days of the initial claim date.
If your product is being exchanged due to damage during the shipping process, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. Our shipping department will work with you directly. After reviewing the damage, we will send you a return label at no cost to ship the product back to us. When your damaged product arrives, we will ship out the new replacement product to you.
